Booking & Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than 15 days before the tour start date. Bookings made less than 15 days before departure require full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before departure: non-refundable.
If the tour is canceled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Inclusions
The tour price includes private transportation, accommodations, breakfasts, selected dinners, guided visits, entrance fees listed in the itinerary, camel trek, and desert camp stay. Any additional activities not mentioned are paid separately.
Exclusions
International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, lunches, beverages, optional activities, and gratuities are not included.
Travel Insurance
All participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage.
Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the activities and must inform the company of any medical conditions. The company follows local safety regulations and reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for safety reasons (weather, road conditions, etc.).
Accommodation Policy
We provide carefully selected riads, hotels, and desert camps. In case of unavailability, comparable alternatives of equal quality will be arranged.
Luggage Allowance
Each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one small carry-on. For the desert camel trek, large luggage will be transported separately by vehicle.
Tour Modifications
Minor itinerary changes may occur due to operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Conduct & Respect
Guests are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and the environment. The company reserves the right to deny continuation of the tour to anyone whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the group.
