A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the tour start date. Bookings made less than 14 days before departure require full payment at the time of reservation.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before departure: non-refundable.
    If the tour is canceled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Exclusions
